The monument was built to honor the metals industry and celebrate the atomic age  7. I picked this building, because when I first saw it, I thought that the building itself had a cool shape. I also wanted to pick something that sounded creative, so when I read "Atomium" I got interested. Since it said "Atomium", I wondered what it was made out of. I also saw that it was in Belgium, so I knew that is wasn't going to be ordinary, since it is a cool place. Turning Torso, Sweden 1. The architect of this building is Santiago Calatrava 2. Sensory Overload

1. I think that this statement is from a point of view that no one really else has seen it from. I also really like this statement, because I had never really though of it like that. 2. I agree with this statement, because if you are in a certain place like the mall, you are choosing to surround yourself there. We often judge places by how they look or the shape their in, but I think more of it as a device and objects. 3. I think that the child of a worker in that place would be very happy and would enjoy themselves spending time there. There is so much color and so may different toys and objects that the kid would be very happy to look around. It could also be very chaotic for the kid since it can be confusing because of how many things are there. 4. My favorite photo would be the one full of big bouncing toy balls, because it is very colorful and aesthetically pleasing to look at all the different too balls and colors.

Front Pages of the World

1. My favorite newspaper front page was "Today's News Herald," because it was very well organized and I really liked how they put the weather at the bottom. 2. My favorite headline from this newspaper was, "PAWitive lessons learned." I really liked how the story involved in dogs so they incorporated a trait of a dog. 3. In the front page there are 4 stories. 4. All newspaper pages have a main story and a picture included in the front. Then they have smaller pictures for lesser important stories. 5. A difference between all front page newspapers is that they all have different layouts and a different format for the title of the newspaper.
