b. The general focus was on sports
c. Three problems they noticed was that it didn't tell a story, the frame was too tight, and the quality wasn't good
d. The judges liked the lighting and the different levels of sports they had
e. My overall impression of the photographer was that he has good quality pictures, but most of them don't tell a story or he is too close to the subject. I liked the photo of the gymnastics, because you could see the environment of it. I didn't like the one of the guy walking up the stairs, because it was random

e. My overall impression of the photographer is that he was out of ideas and just captured random shots. He definitely had good ones, but some of them were just there.

c. Three problems they noticed that it was that some of them were out of focus, the frame was cut off, and that his portfolio needs work
d. The judges liked how most of them told a story and the good point of view the photographer ahd
e. My overall impression of the photographer was that he is very good at telling a story through a picture. The photographer's composition was very good and he shot things that weren't obvious
Video #4:
a. Anthony Souffle
b. The general focus was sports
c. Three problems they noticed that is that they weren't close enough, it wasn't creative, and they couldn't see the subject of the photo
d. The judges liked how most of them told a good story and they had good focus
e. My overall impression of the photographer was that he could have been more creative, but he did have good photos. The judges didn't really give him constructive criticism, they just kept saying next because they didn't like the photos. In my opinion, he had good pictures, they were just a little boring.

a. The strengths that the judges saw as they were critiquing it was good composition, creativity, and they captured good moments
b. A strength I saw was that he was very creative with his photos, it wasn't something that anyone could shoot. A weakness I saw is that some of them were a little out of focus.
3. The judges look at the portfolio all together and decide if they have a good amount of good quality photos. If they don't the judges mark them out and continue looking. They compare the last 2 set of portfolio and they see which one has every thing they want (tell a story, good composition, and diverse photos).
Part 2- Individual Images
1. One photo that I agree on with the judges is the one in the category "No Pro, No College." It is the photo of the girl playing tennis. I agree with the judges that it is very good and its beautiful, because I can see a story in this photo. She is happy that she made a point or won the game. Not only can I see a story, but the quality and focus of this picture is amazing. It is very clear and uses a rule of composition (Rule of Thirds).
2. One photo that I don't agree on with the judges is the one in the category "Student Work." it is picture of a guy with a baseball bat and he is getting ready. The judges didn't like, because of the framing. On the other hand, I really liked it because of the shadow it created. I also like how the lighting is shown.
